Metallurgical SX equipment — mixer-settler
The mixer-settler designed and manufactured by China ENFI is widely used in the extraction process of non-ferrous and rare earth industries, such as copper, nickel, cobalt, zinc, germanium, indium, gold, vanadium, scandium, manganese and other metals. The extractor can be made of metal, FRP, PVC or concrete lined with FRP, depending on process medium, production capacity and other factors.

Принцип работы
Each stage of the extractor is composed of a mixer and a settler. The function of the mixer is to mix the aqueous and organic phases thoroughly and extract the target metal from the aqueous phase to the aqueous phase or strip it from the organic phase to the aqueous phase; the function of the settler is to realize static separation of the aqueous and organic phases and complete the extraction process of the stage.
